The team at Nelligan Consulting Engineers are active members of various associations and interest groups with a particular interest in safety in design, safety at the workplace, and Passive Fire Protection. Members of our team are active in these groups working on improving current policies and training for industry professionals.

CoveKinloch is a long established leading consulting and services company delivering professional and technical expertise to the built environment sector. Our Fire Safety Engineering teams  support each other and thereby offer a greater range of expertise and increased capacity to deliver a first class professional service.

Bob is an honorary life member of ACENZ and had been on the ACENZ annual design awards judging panel for over 30 years.

Formed in 2008 with the active support of WorkSafe New Zealand, the Recreation Safety Engineering Group (RSE) is a Technical Interest Group of Engineering New Zealand to facilitate the work of Engineers who routinely certify what are known as “Amusement Devices”.

Scott is the current chair of the RSE and Rob is a member.

Formed in 2014, the New Zealand Society for Safety Engineering (NZSSE) is a Technical Group of Engineering New Zealand with the purpose of introducing engineering principles and methodology to the health and safety process and to introduce health and safety to the engineering process.

Rob is the current treasurer and co-chair of the NZSSE and Scott is also a member.
