Design Services
We are experienced designers of mechanical engineering components including pressure vessels, lifting beams, equipment supports and structures. We also have experience in the design of seismic restraint of equipment such as tanks and boilers. We are equipped with both 2D and 3D drafting and modelling software, and with finite element analysis software for in-depth stress analysis.
Machine Guarding
We offer survey and auditing services to review your workplace and make recommendations for improving the safety of your machinery.

We have expertise in machine safety, specifically guarding in accordance with the Worksafe Best Practice Guidelines – Safe Use of Machinery and with the AS/NZS 4024 suite of standards and regularly assist Worksafe with investigations where workers have been harmed due to poor guarding installations.
Amusement Device Certification
Both Scott and Rob inspect and issue Certificates of Examination for owners and operators of amusement devices under the Amusement Devices Regulations (administered by Worksafe) and Scott is one of the few Chartered Engineers in the country who is a recognised surveyor under Maritime Rule 40G (Novel Craft).
