Caroline’s expertise is in Marketing and Event Management, having worked for several years in the hospitality industry in the UK, as well as 5 years working at the Auckland Zoo managing events and Public Programmes.
She achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree, specialising in French language and European Studies as well as a Certificate in Management from the NZ Institute of Management.
Caroline’s first roles were customer facing at NZ Post / Kiwibank and ASB, until she was convinced to take up real estate. Caroline ran her own business as a realtor in her twenties and was the Rookie Of The Year in 2007. She brings this wealth of experience and expertise to our team as office manager, assisting with project management, accounts and various other administrative duties.
Caroline has travelled extensively as well as lived in the Netherlands, Australia, France, England and Japan. She can speak basic French, Dutch and a handful of words in other languages. Caroline loves meeting new people and learning about their culture.
Outside of work Caroline volunteers as a Division Manager for the St John Youth Programme where she teaches youth on a weekly basis. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, tending to her garden, hiking, yoga and pursuing creative pursuits such as art and creative writing.
